Premeeting action items:

* Ben to send out a 24 hour warning
* Earlier Stephane sent a mini update on what still needs work as far as Goal #3.
* Send short-term goal list to the list before the meeting
* Mission statement suggestions to the list before the meeting
(the last two will allow ideas to germinate better and hopefully wil help make the meeting more effective.)



If those of with patches that are part of Goal #3 could make the meeting that would be great.  (I think most are regular attendees so it shouldn't be a problem)
