It sounds like your mono was built without the sqlite provider or at
least you don't have it installed. I've added configure checks for the
sqlite dll and a few others.

(p.s.) I haven't announced 0.0.5 yet because I found enough serious bugs
that I'll be rolling 0.0.6 tonight with those bugs fixed.
