Hi, Chenthill

First I put the focus on "Birthday & Anniversaries", and then right
click, a pop up menu shows. Click "New Calendar". At normal case,
a "New Calendar" window should show, then you can select calendar type.
But before that, evolution will crash. That is because caldav calendar
is default calendar type.
