I dont think so we want to fix it like this.

There is a potential problem when sibling folders in different
hierarchies have the same name. With the current design, one would over
ride the previous one.

A proper fix would be to allow the user to rename the folder, and we use
the new name for the favorites. This is just because we cannot store
hierarchy information of favorites on the server.
