Hi,

Looks good for 2.4 branch. Please commit to the branch.

For 2.5, while you are at it, please check in other places in the
plugins where we need to return back when we are in offline. So, we can
identify the strings that we need to add in all those places as well.
Also, in the string you printing now for 2.5, change "can't" to
"cannot".
