the ref should point to gtkhtml 3.8.1 rather than libsoup.

A couple of other things.... Jess is working on a make over of the
project web pages but
while it is being done, it is good we make sure what is now being shown
is accurate...
(Jess had sent a patch on this but there were couple of other problems)
BTW, I am planning to switch over to tar.bz2, as you had suggested some
time earlier :-)
