The patch fixes a couple of related issues. But i think they are more or
less covered in the discussion of of #243241

I sent this patch deliberately to e-p so that some of us (the UI guys
included) can test and it and see how it feels. That is good enough
feed-back to the UI team.

This is a bad idea, since the users would be more that confused. A
probable solution would be to actually disable the "Send" button when no
accounts are enabled.

None of the accounts are enabled, so there is no default account in the
>From too. Re-stating your point you made on the bugzilla, if the default
account is an IMAP account with the "Sent Items" as a server folder,
then this behavior would defeat the whole purpose of the patch.

Agreed. I shall send a re-worked patch which would have the "Send"
button in the composer window disabled.
