The mailer & camel part looks ok to me.
You should wait for harish approval on the Shell part.
Also you should really be having a configure flag to build/not-build
Network manager support into evolution, since its *not* shipped in a
gnome release. (I know it means a lot of ifdefs, but until we have
Network Manager in, we probably need to follow this)
