It's one of those things that will be useful for some people but not
all. A lot of people won't even notice, as they don't switch desktops.
I think it's safe to put in the branch too if we want. It seems like
a minor bug fix rather than a major UI change to me. I don't know why
it would have been removed. Possibly, the way it was being set to sticky
in evo 1.2 didn't work with the GTK+ 2.0 API, and it was pulled and
forgotten. I certainly don't recall removing any such API calls. :)
The change looks fine to me otherwise.
