Thanks for reviewing the patch.

I have committed the patch after doing the following minor changes.

1) Passed '0' as the argument to 'e_menu_activate' for deactivating.
2) Added the prototype for 'gnome_tasks_get_tasks_menu()' to fix the 
compilation warning.
