[evolution-patches] on subjects

Can people please put the module in the subject line as well?  e.g.
'exchange' or 'mail' or 'groupwise', etc.

It saves a bit of time, rather than having to read every message - and
often every patch - to work out whose concern it is.

(and it is part of the patch submission guidelines).
