I really don't think I need to review a trivial makefile change for a
file which is obviously now non-existant.

Having said that, the patch for the plugin importers was not a 'choice'
that 'suddenly occured' yesterday, it was on the patch list for nearly a
week before being committed, and is a task on the task list.
