[evolution-patches] Has anyone applied the fix for bug #70161?

Hi all;

Back in December I sent a patch for this bug in libecal:

Has anyone applied this yet or does anyone have any comments on it?

I'd prefer to not keep patching/building Evo locally so I'm trying to
wait for an official release with this fix; without it my calendar dies
immediately, every time.
