I prefer to see headers on e-mails marked as spam or virus by my
mta/filters. Or mails that are spam but have not yet been marked as
such.

That way I can look at the spamassassin headers, see the score and rules
that triggered on this mail and 'tweak' the ruleset to improve spam
scorings.

I also like to see some of the received headers on mails I don't trust.
Having a handy hotkey makes this all a lot easier...

Mutt has one (h), Pan has one (h), evolution sadly misses one by
default.
