isn't "all" the same as "experiemental"?

I think "all" should just be standard+base, removing the need for "standard".  Particularly since --enable-plugins/enable-plugins=y is an alias for 'all'.

experimental should be the only one which adds the experimental ones.

i.e. options should be:
--enable-plugins=base/all/experimental

or rename all to "standard".
