while you're at it, i think perhaps it should set the fi->name to _("Inbox"), so it is translated as well (currently this isn't the case in imap, although i don't see why it shouldn't do this.  it isn't a string change as Inbox is already available).

(but i guess jeff may wish to comment on this patch also).
