Right, In that case i would frame it like:
"Evolution is not currently your default e-mail client. Setting it would
mean using evolution
to open and send mails"
FWIW, I would resist adding a "by default" at the end as it seems
redundant. Anyway i think this one reads better than starting one with
"By making defult, Evolution...".
If somebody can frame something better, please be my guest. Its probably
important to see how
these translate but thats probably too much food for thought.
