The patch includes the last imap patch, some cleanup, and some unrelated
fixes.

It includes some fixes to mail to cleanup some duplicated code which
didnt work properly - drag 'move' a folder and it wouldn't delete the
source.

Stuff discovered whilst looking at the bug, but not exactly the bug
described.
