[evolution-patches] 312397 revisited, improving reply quoting

This makes an attached message behave line an inline-forwarded message
when replying to it.  Rather than a funny attachment header which
doesn't properly deliniate the attachment.

This is exactly how gmail does it, and i presume other mailers might do
similar.
