The server does supply a flag "folder-Type". And if its the Mailbox or
the Trash folder i set the 'CAMEL_FOLDER_TYPE_INBOX' and
'CAMEL_FOLDER_TYPE_TRASH' respectively. 
This is done in the get_folder_info method. The flags are set in the
CamelFolderInfo for each folder, and they are not available in the
refresh_info_method.

Is there any way i can get back the flags i set in CamelFolderInfo
structure??
