[evolution-patches] patch for e-data-cal-factory ( calendar)

Hi atached patch addes a mutex in e-data-cal-factory to pevent
concurrent access to backends hashtable. This prevents the possibility
of two backends getting created for the same uri when two clients try to
open the calendar simultaneously.
