[evolution-patches] patch for groupwise addr book backend

Hi 
get_contact_list methods is not returning any contacts for system
address book, This is not come out so far as evo uses this method only
while adding contact to the book which is not possible in case of system
address book. But if any other e-d-s client  wants to use SAB with
get_contact_list api this causes probelm.
