[evolution-patches] patch for #62856 (shell) (for HEAD)

Attached small patch  which fixes password prompts in offline mode  in
some of the cases (like switching between offline/online modes without
restarting evolution). Some of the other cases are taken care by Michael
Zucchi's patch committed earlier.
