[evolution-patches] Re: Patch for New Docs

It is mainly a concatenation and update of the docs to be applicable to
2.0. Maintanence of the docs has been moved to the Novell docs team, and
it is presumably easier for them to maintain 1 file, rather than 10 or
more separate files.
