Hi all,

attached is a patch for bug number 68695:

Note: I said that putenv("TZ") lets TZ defined in the environment but with an
empty value under NetBSD.  However, I was wrong: that sentence does not affect
the environment at all, thus leaving TZ=UTC set from a previous call.
