This is wrong. You also need to do it in the camel exchange provider,
because bind_textdomain_codeset is per gettext package setting, so
evolution is only setting this info for "evolution-2.0" gettext package,
not for "ximian-connector-2.0" one, and you get screwed translations in
evolution for the Connector part..
