[evolution-patches] Patch for some UI issues

I have done some minor changes in some dialog boxes:
1.In create a new folder dialog for mail spacing and layout(a bit
improved and HIG compliant) 
2. In addressbook create a new address book dialog used to give "address
book properties" as window title (fixed that)
3. In calendar : similar problem (create new calendar dialog used to
display "calendar properties")
