No bug number for HEAD.
We met a crash in our local 1.4 environment when a11y is enabled for the headerless table. When we sync our a11y codes for e-table later to HEAD, we will meet this crash. Since we still need some work for the a11y codes for e-table, we'd like to send out some patches for gal/e-table first.
Anyway, I think at least we need to check the header_canvas since it is NULL for headerless table.
