[evolution-patches] Mailing list actions plugin, version 3

Hello,

I updated the mailing list actions plugin, adding a dialog box for
actions other than "Post" and "Contact owner", in which the user has the
choice of either sending the message automagically or editing the
message.

The revised patch is here:

To send the message manually, I used
