This looks okay to me. What really needs to happen, is EPublishUri needs
to be re-written as a class, then we could add this code to the
destructor of the class to free all the memory when the object is
freed. 

This is one of the things I am doing for the calendar publishing that I
am going to work on if I ever get time to finish it.

I guess if this is okay with the maintainers it can be committed.
