We've already received multiple? patches to make evo 1.5 use the new GtkFileChooser stuff. However, we still are working out how we can actually migrate to the Gnome 2.6/GTK+ 2.4 platforms. There is a lot more to decide than "we should just do it right now" unfortunately. Anyway, when we actually know how to address all of our issues regarding porting to the new widget APIs and such, we will be more readily accepting patches like this.
