He's probably right, we had it in the mailer (and probably still do, its
one of those bugs that keeps coming back), it depends on what 'last'
means.

i.e. is it the last in the list, which is otherwise not empty
or is it the last, in the list, which is otherwise empty.

ETable doesn't tell you when one of those happens in the way it tells
you other things, i can't remember which.
