Cool.  I actually thought this was committed already because I didn't 
see separators anymore.  So, I just looked at bugzilla and found this:

My reading is that setting has_separator is now ignored and they are off 
by default.  Can anyone confirm this?

If this is true then you might want to disregard those parts of the 
patches that I submitted.  And good news too, I just wish I had known. 
Oh well, fixing it in gtk is much better and long overdue.

Now if only we can get a HIGified GtkFrame into Gtk...  Perhaps after 
the release.  I actually sent Seth a message about this, asking for his 
advice on the best approach.  I haven't heard back from him.

Perhaps working out an implementation of a HIG Frame in Evolution would 
be a good start.  Then we might ask that it get pushed down the stack.
