This patch works will for me.

I login with the user A and startup evolution and then quit evolution.  
the evolution-alarm-notify and evolution-wombat exsist.
and then I logout  from usr A and login with usr B,  and use "ps -u/ 
<usr A>" /to check whether evolution-wombat is quit.

I found evolution-wombat quit. and I found the gconfd-2 is exsisted. and 
after 1 or 2 minutes gconfd-2 quit.

Is it right?
