it should really be called something else then. in mail we have 'system' folders which can't be renamed or deleted, but otherwise work like normal folders.

Hence the confusion. The "readonly" thing on esource was really
supposed to mean "don't allow deletion". And it only meant that because
there was no good way to add it back again.
