One other thing while I think of it, what advantages do we have using
e-expander as opposed to just drawing an arrow and label in the composer
directly (and using the current code in there to show the attachment
area)?  I'm imagining that would simplify the DnD part of the bounty, as
then you just have to listen from a drag event like the headers do (I
believe).
