EMFolderView implements the stuff that updates the message displayed
when you delete the current one.

EMFolderBrowser and EMMessageBrowser both inherit this functionality
from EMFolderView.

Since they are both looking at the same folder, they both do the same
thing, indirectly get a 'message deleted' event, then decide to go to
the next messge, etc.
