[evolution-patches] The bug about addressbook view

Hi, hpj

Attach is the patch about that the "By _Company" view should group by 
"Organization".
And there are still  many bugs in the addressbook view.
1) I think the fields shown in the "Phone List" are not correctly.
2) The description of "Fields Shown" in "By Company" popup dialog after 
we clicked the edit button is not the same as the current shown list.
3) The "Phone List" has the same problem.

Can you give me some advices to fix these bug, please?
Or you fix it directly? :-)
