[evolution-patches] patch for #63884 (groupwise address book backend)

Hi,
I can not really reproduce this  defect, password promts won't come from
address book  if the user already authenticated to mail comonnet except
in one of the exception case where the seesion used by addr backend
becomes invalid because of a server restart. In that case i get password
prompt while user is in compser but that really won't lock the anything

Attached patch prvents the password promts coming in that scenario and
hpefully  lock described goes away.
