We will still be getting all the items when gw calendar backend is
loaded initially (i.e when e_cal_backend_groupwise_open is called for
first time after e-d-s is started) , and depend upon get detlas there
after. We really don't want to get all the items from the server every
time _open is called, as it is getting called when calendar selection is
shown in itip control as well as calendar item editors.
