Doesn't look like the icon theme stuff fixes this problem.  I think my 
patch might still be valid.  The patch only adds stock icons for GTK 
stock items (eg. Print, Delete, New, etc.).  Tasks and Calendar already 
do it and this just makes Mail and Contacts consistent.
