To make the dialog consistent with all the other dialogs in GNOME.

It looks fine. I'll post a screenshot as soon as I can make one.
I even think it looks better in fact.

As I stated, if the dialog is not resizable, it seems to cause metacity
to draw the window border as if it were a normal window and not a
dialog. If the dialog is resizable though, this does not happen. It
could be either a gtk+ or metacity bug, but I haven't had time to delve
into it deep enough to verify which one it is.
