HEAD's soup-uri was re-sync'ed from camel-url and is pretty much
suck-free (and has the regression test to prove it).

The patch looks fine, but I didn't look hard since it's all in code that
connector doesn't use (it sticks the username and password directly into
the parsed SoupUri, not the string form).
