It doesn't need to wait for the new libbackground APIs. Just setting the
gconf key for the filename, and defaulting the scaling style to
"wallpaper", is enough for now.

If Michael and Jeff approve the patch's functionality and code, it can
go in. That's their decision. I was just providing feedback and input
on how the wallpaper-specific stuff should be handled, and how it will
be handled once 2.6 is released.

One of the goals for Evolution 2.0 is that it will be a part of the
GNOME 2.6 Desktop release. So, it will probably depend on some 2.6
stuff at some point. Though, depending on API that isn't in the
GNOME Development Platform release will be less likely. Either way,
I don't think there will be a need to link to libbackground or anything.
