Hi Archit,

thanks for your patch. I see only one necessary change, you must not
call gtk_html_command (html, "saved"); in constructor, it will break
"dirtiness" as you may create the persist storage object at the time
when there are already unsaved changes.

Otherwise the patch looks OK, feel free to commit once the above is
addressed.
