A little clarification. The Evolution settings dialog is not supposed to be instant apply. The only part that is instant apply is the mail account editor, but that's broken and we always knew that. (It was supposed to be made *non* instant apply like all the rest but either you or Jeff said it couldn't be done for 1.2 at some point, and that's why it stuck.) "Close" should just close the window without applying settings, like the WM close button does. In the future, it might be nice to explore instant applyness in Evolution, but for now it will have to stay like in 1.2. -- Ettore
