Better than it was before, when you couldn't even tell the localtime by
reading it. The time zone differences are a pain to calculate; adding or
subtracting a single day is trivial and I don't need help with it.

How about just the day-of-week? I think it's unnecessary but if it makes
you happier we could do something like...

	Date: Tue, 31 Dec 2002 20:24:22 -0600 (Wed 02:24 GMT)
