This should be fixable using a DEPENDENCIES macro in the Makefile.am,
but it doesn't fix the problem for me (guessing this is a autotools
issue).
However. Building "servers" first also temporarily fixes the issue.
Other than that what I basically had to do was to disable groupwise. And
then everything works out fine.

I can send you a patch if you like, but I don't think it's going to be
very useful. It basically disables all the groupwise stuff . . .
