[Evolution-hackers] e-d-s/libedataserver portability patch 1

Here is a first smallish suggested patch to libedataserver. Shouldn't
be controversial. OK to apply?

What this does is:

- Use -no-undefined and link with -lws2_32 (the WinSock2 library) on
Windows.

- Use gthread (GLib) mutex API instead of pthreads. Trivial.

- Insert glibc's strptime() implementation into e-time-utils.c in case
no HAVE_STRPTIME. Have to verify that it actually works.

- No localtime_r() in the Microsoft C library, but its localtime() is
thread-safe, so use it.

- Use GetComputerName() instead of gethostname() on Win32.

- Rewrite e_util_mkdir_hier() to use GLib functionality. Actually, a
function like this would fit very well into GLib, I will add it to
HEAD GLib.

- Replace some very long lines full of spaces with just a newline.

e-msgport.c is harder, I left out my diffs to it for now.I still have
to double-check it more carefully, as it uses stuff like
pthread_cleanup_push() which has no equivalence in libgthread.

Cheers,
--tml
