OK, that's a workaround, but ideally the configure script should fail
(and complain in an informative fashion) if scrollkeeper isn't found and
configure isn't not run with --disable-gtk-doc.  Adding information on
scrollkeeper and --disable-gtk-doc to the README would also be a good
idea.

This belongs in a bug report, though.
